Bunting Island bridge is a new bridge that connects Bunting Island to mainland at Sedaka. The bridge is a 2.3 km long x 13.0m wide of sea crossing comprising of a 1.8 km long bridge, a 0.1 km long causeway connecting Pulau Bunting to the bridge and a 0.4 km long causeway connecting mainland Kedah to the bridge (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulau_Bunting_Bridge). However, there is no proper maintenance. It is a nice bridge and it seems a potential to become a tourism location in Yan, Kedah because it can be promoted together with a number of places in Yan like Murni Beach. These places can be linked together become one travel package like two day one night Yan travel package. Furthermore, a resort or home stay can be developed at Bunting Island or surrounding village to facilitate this type of package.
